Dandelion roots treat malignant anemia, stomach and liver cancer, lymph node inflammation, diathesis, osteoarthritis, arthritis, deforming osteochondrosis, all joints. In autumn, if you see a dandelion that has not bloomed and has not given all its strength to the color, dig it up.

Dandelion blooms in April-May and now is the time to take a nice walk in nature and pick from these sunny and full of nutrients colors. To make honey, you need: 400 g of flowers, without stalks (4-5 handfuls), per 1 liter of liquid – 1 kg of sugar, 1 lemon, 1/2 tsp lemon juice.

The collected flowers are flooded with about 1.5 – 1.8 liters of cold water. Add 1 lemon, finely chopped and place the mixture on the stove. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Leave to stand for 12 hours and then strain through gauze, squeezing the flowers well. The liquid is measured. To 1 liter of decoction add 1 kg of sugar. The dish is placed on the stove and initially boiled over high heat, then reduced. The honey is tasted with a drop dropped on a plate. If the drop does not spill, then the honey is ready. Don’t be fooled by seeing that the consistency is thinner. After cooling, the honey will thicken.

Burdock

How to prepare herbs?

To prepare the medicinal infusion, take two tablespoons topped with the herbal mixture (herbs are mixed in equal proportions), pour them into a porcelain or enameled teapot and pour two cups of boiling water. Cover with a lid or towel and let stand for 30 minutes. Strain through two or three layers of cheesecloth or strainer and drink half a cup, three times a day, 10-15 minutes before eating. Prepare a fresh infusion every day, as it is useless to drink yesterday’s.

The course of treatment lasts from one to one and a half months. It is mandatory to drink the same herb for at least a month. Herbs do heal, but they do it slowly, imperceptibly, sparingly.

To avoid getting used to it, take a five-day break after the end of the treatment, and then continue to drink the infusion. Neglected diseases should be treated for three to five months. It is better not to boil the herbs in a thermos – there the water is dead. It is better to use teapots. You can drink the infusion both hot and cold. Rule for boiling the roots

The most valuable roots are in early spring, but can be dug in the fall. Burdock is a biennial plant. Dig up the roots of annual burdock, whose leaves are young – this root is the strongest.

And burdock with dry leaves and already formed fruits are useless, they have already given all their power to flowering. You can pick its fruits, prepare a decoction from them and rinse your aching teeth – to relieve pain. The roots are dug up, washed and dried.

Burdock roots are thick, so you need to cut them. One tablespoon of dried, finely chopped roots, pour two cups of boiling water. Leave them on the stove for ten minutes.

Infuse for two hours, strain and drink half a cup, three times a day, 10-15 minutes before meals. When you drink the medicinal infusion before a meal, the blood immediately absorbs it and spreads throughout the body. You can drink a mixture of burdock root, cod and dandelion in equal proportions, or just one of the roots: the first week – burdock, the second – dandelion, the third – cod.
